-   Respect each other’s voice – Everyone in the home deserves a say in who they live with. This helps create harmony and comfort for all.

-   Commit to a safe environment – Residents agree to uphold a drug-free, non-smoking, and violence-free home where everyone can feel safe and secure.

-   Show financial responsibility – Applicants should have a reliable way to meet their financial housing commitments.
